  • 1 U fennel bulb
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan

Directions

  1. Trim, halve, then slice fennel.
  2. Mix all ingredients (except cheese) together well with hands.
  3. Roast at 400 degrees for 20 min. Remove add cheese and bake for another 15-20 minutes until beginning to carmelize.
