Truth be told I have been in the process of moving and been a little under the weather which has really slowed down the blog posting. Hopefully it will pick up this week. Today’s post is more of a how to than an actual recipe and can be used to make any kind of delicious oven fry and it will not disappoint for crispiness which I find that many recipes due once you eliminate the olive oil. It’s simple really a little egg white, spices, and your favorite potato (although I am going to try zucchini soon), a hot oven and that’s it. Just don’t make the mistake I made and spread your fries out or they will stick together like mine did. Even so, they still taste delicious. I made mine with cajun seasoning yum.
