Recipe

Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies with walnuts are the perfect recipe to kick off the week. In fact, I can almost guarantee that at this moment I am eating one (or three) with my morning coffee, which I believe is completely acceptable since they are made with oatmeal. Whether you decide to eat these for breakfast, a snack, or anytime in between they make a delicious, soft & chewy cookie with a bit of crunch from the walnuts. I recommend making up a big batch because these will go fast.
