Has anyone heard of Man Chicken before? For months I have seen a recipe floating around lots of blogs and Pinterest boards called Man Chicken. It’s been on my list of recipes to try for quite awhile and if it had another name I probably would have tried it already.
It’s incredibly easy mustard, maple syrup, chicken breast, and a fresh herb and only takes about five minutes of prep time. Sounds simple enough, right? I finally got around to trying it last week and it really is delicious. It’s the perfect meal to make when you don’t feel like cooking and you will want to eat the sauce on everything. The name? I can’t really get behind calling it Man Chicken, so I went with Maple Mustard.
