Lately I have been eating a lot of taco salads for lunches. It is definitely one of my favorites. Previously I have been using store bought taco seasoning and adding it to chicken breast in the crockpot with about 1/2 cup chicken stock. I let it cook on high for 4 hours and have perfectly seasoned, shredded chicken taco meat. However, this Sunday, preparing to stock up for the week, I realized I didn’t have any taco seasoning and figured there must be an easy way to make my own. Came out delicious and was incredibly easy.
