Sometimes a girl just wants a steak and today was one of those days. As I am still figuring out my grill, normally this would be a day where I thought about going out for dinner, but instead I decided to brave the grill and try to recreate one of my favorite restaurant dishes grilled skirt or flank steak with chimichurri. I decided to use flank steak since it is generally a little leaner and made the chimmichurri by replacing the olive oil with greek yogurt. All in all, it completely satisfied my steak craving and for only 4 points it will be making future appearances.

Save the chimichurri to spread on sandwiches or serve on chicken or leftover steak.
