Creamy Greek yogurt is topped with berries, ground flaxseed meal, and melted peanut butter for the perfect breakfast Greek Yogurt Bowl.

I tend to be on auto-pilot when it comes to weekday breakfasts. Every morning I reach for the same thing and this goes on for months until I finally get bored and need to switch it up. Lately I have been making some version of this microwave banana protein oatmeal every morning and while I love it, I need a break. I also need something quick and easy, so I have been making these delicious Greek Yogurt Bowls. You can use any fruit you like, plain or flavored Greek yogurt, ground flaxseed meal for fiber, and then melted peanut butter, which basically makes anything taste amazing.

  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 tbsp reduced fat peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Top the yogurt with the berries. Melt the peanut butter in the microwave for 15-30 seconds and drizzle over the yogurt. Sprinkle with flaxseed meal and cinnamon.
