Trust me here frozen cookies, no baking involved. They are a perfect substitute for my perennial favorite frozen candy bar. I grew up in a household where all chocolate candy was consumed frozen. Yum. Not only are they delicious, they are loaded with healthy ingredients like oats, flax seeds, chia seeds, bananas, and dark chocolate. They only take a few minutes to whip together and provide a perfect little frozen dessert, at one 1 point per serving. Scoop some vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt in between, or break the cookies on top, even better.
