  • 1 U Banana
  • 8 oz. 2% Milk
  • 3 tbsp Fat Free Whipped Topping

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into freezer safe glass. Place in freezer for 1 hour until frozen.
  3. Run warm water over sides of glass until frozen mixture slides out. Put back in blender and process until creamy and smooth.
