I have been drooling thinking about these french fries ever since Joy the Baker posted them on her blog close to two weeks ago. They are ingenious and oh-so-good. Instead of topping the fries with traditional chili she uses all the same flavors of a traditional chili to coat and then bake the fries. They come out perfectly thin and crispy. Then to top things off you add melted cheese. I am getting hungry just thinking about them. I seriously recommend going out and making these as soon as possible.
