I love everything that comes from the deep sea – food, movies, photos, and even plates. There is something great about a plate that looks like it was inspired by Moby Dick or 10,000 Leagues Under the Sea. I use them for everything, not just serving seafood, and look for plates that look vintage and aged. I have picked up a number of deep sea plates rummaging in second hand stores and scouring Ebay. Antropologie also makes some beautiful new plates like the one pictured.
