There is nothing better than a cold popsicle on a hot day – and for me this also means sticky fingers and hands, but it’s all worth it for that first cold bite. These popsicles are simple and delicious and you can make them with almost any fruit. I used mango, light coconut milk, a little Splenda, and some chile – thrown in a blender, poured into your favorite popsicle molds, and in a couple of hours, you have the perfect treat for a hot day.

Yes please- this is what I’m talking about! Can’t wait to try and whip out my popsicle molds. Mango chile is my favorite paleta!
Hey there. I’m on the brink of making these but can’t find Tajin/don’t know what a good substitute is. At first I thought you meant something like Siracha, but now I am doubting that idea. Please help. Thanks!
Just use 1 tsp. of ancho chile powder or regular chile powder.
Thanks! You rock. Btw, made your barbacoa, your bean concoction from huevos rancheros and your cilantro lime rice last night for a girls’ night and everyone raved about it all. Thanks again for all the great recipes.
