1. Skillet Pizzas: 8 weight watchers pointsplus for whole pizza
This simple and delicious pizza is one of my favorite ways to make pizza because it is simple, quick, and always turns out with a cripsy crust. You can add any toppings or cheese and est of all the whole pizza is only 8 points.
2. Portabello Pizzas: 1 weight watchers pointsplus
These simple little veggie pizzas are a staple for me as lunches and snacks. I use all types of veggies as the base, including zucchini rounds, summer squash, and eggplant, and mix up the toppings so it always seems like I am having something new. For 1 point a piece, they are a great snack to have around.
3. Use a Pizza Stone:
If you are going to make at home pizza in the oven, a pizza stone is a must have for crispy, bubbly, delicious crust. The one I have is from Kitchen Supply. Cooking your pizza on a pizza stone will make your at home pizza taste like delivery. You can also cook bread and calzones on this pizza stone and they will turn out great every time.
4. Boboli Whole Wheat Thin Pizza Crust: 3 weight watchers pointsplus per slice (1/6 crust)
I love, love, love the Boboli Whole Wheat Thin Pizza crust. It makes the perfect pizza (even crispier if cooked on a pizza stone) and there are only 3 points in 1/6 of the pie. You can top it with almost anything, think barbecue chicken pizza or turkey pepporini and pineapples and jalapenos, and it is sure to please.
5. Pizza Puffs: 5 weight watchers pointsplus for 6 puffs
I love these simple and delicious pizza puffs from Danica’s Daily and have made them in endless combinations. They are great for a party and also make a great snack or lunch. One favorite combination – spinach, onions, and prosciutto.

where can i fine the pizza dough for the skillet pizza. can you help me. due you have a recipe for pizza dough. thx
I buy pizza dough at Trader Joe’s normally but many grocery stores carry it in their deli section. If not, you can usually buy it from a pizza place for a couple of dollars. I have never made my own, but I am sure you could find a weight watchers pizza dough recipe. Hope that helps.
