Favorite Cookbooks | Slender Kitchen

I love to buy cookbooks of all kinds and flavors – vintage cookbooks with stories of kitchens past, international cookbooks replete with recipes I have never conceived, healthy cookbooks, indulgent cookbooks, you name it, I have bought at least one cookbook in that realm. I just love the idea of being whisked away into someone else’s kitchen and getting to glimpse in at their world a bit. Maybe it sounds like a bit of a stretch, but cooking to me is so much about family and loved ones, that I can’t help but imagine the families that may have cooked these meals. And amazing photos don’t hurt either.
