Carrot Ginger Mimosas

Recently I got an amazing opportunity to host a Happy Hour sponsored by Bolthouse Farms. What could be better? Inviting over some of my favorite people to sample delicious Bolthouse juices, listen to holiday music, eat an abundance of delicious snacks, and try out our hands at some holiday crafts.

Instead of serving a traditional mimosa which would be my normal Sunday choice, I decided to mix things up by using the Bolthouse Carrot Juice, a bit of ginger, and bubbles. The recipe is delicious with champagne but would equally great with sparkling water.

In addition to the Carrot Ginger Mimosas we also sampled a number of other Bolthouse juices. Personally the carrot is one of my favorites and I also love the C-Boost, Chocolate Protein, and Salted Caramel Latte.

  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup champagne or sparkling wine
  • splash of fresh ginger juice or pinch of ground ginger
