Normally when I eat mangoes it consists of scooping it out of the shell and then drenching it in lime juice, salt, and chili powder. It's up there as one of my favorite snacks on a hot day. And although I love eating mangoes this way, lately I have starting using them in more recipes in the kitchen. Their intense sweetness and creamy texture make them perfect for so many different sweet and savory dishes. From smoothies and sorbets to tropical fish and pork dishes, mangoes are the perfect addition to spring and summer dishes.
