Y’all love you some crockpot recipes and I can’t blame you, they are one of my absolute favorites. I mean what could be better than throwing some healthy ingredients in the slow cooker and then having an absolutely delicious meal 4-8 hours later with hardly any work?
You can usually find me making up a big batch of something delicious in the slow cooker on Sundays and then using that for dinner Sunday and then as lunches during the week. (Sound like a good healthy eating strategy? Our weekly meal plans are set up with slow cooker meals almost every Sunday.)
