We're halfway there! Congrats on making it to Week 3 and taking steps to make dinner time healthier and stress free. For many people Week 3 is the most difficult, so this is the week to dig in and stick to your plan. According to research, it takes 21 days to form a new habit, so let's get through this week together and make these healthy habits stick!
This week we want to continue to celebrate the positive changes you've seen as a result of committing to the healthy dinner challenge! Please take a minute to hit reply on this email (last week we had a technical hiccup and many people couldn’t respond, so we are going to keep it going this week) and tell us about a positive change you have experienced during the first half of the challenge!
